New Affiliation with Charterhouse Management - Wednesday, August 10, 2011 Tracy Grammer and Biff Kennedy of Charterhouse Management have entered a management agreement as of August 1, 2011. Kennedy managed the Dave Carter & Tracy Grammer duo and was one of the most vocal advocates for the duo's work together, as well as Dave Carter's massive songwriting talent. Kennedy's goals are twofold: to promote Grammer's profile and touring markets, and ensure that Dave Carter's work achieves permanence in the folk canon. Japan Tour Dates coming in - Monday, February 28, 2011 My number one fan in Japan is sponsoring a tour of Hiroshima and surrounds for me this June. I couldn't be more excited. The trip will include a stop on Miyajima, the holy island, and I will be joined by a couple hotshot Japanese pickers in my shows. I'm working on learning at least a little of the language and looking forward to the trip, which will be my first. D&T "Lost and Found" CD in the works - Friday, February 18, 2011 An August 2010 trip through the basement led me to a dusty box of tapes that needed digitizing. What should I find but 16 awesome duo recordings, including several songs you haven't ever heard, in the proverbial studio "Lost and Found"? So that's the name of the project and I'm halfway through with putting it all together. Look for a late Spring release. Click here to read older news |
