REAL WOMEN WRITING REAL SONGS IN REAL TIME. 24/7.

In November of 2013, I received a special invitation to join 20 other women in a songwriting project called RealWomenRealSongs. Brainchild of songwriter Cary Cooper, RWRS challenges each of writers to come up with a song a week for all of 2014, with the expectation that producing a large quantity of material quickly will help us move past our inner editors toward a sustained, and sustainable, writing practice. 
     Each week, our new songs are being posted to YouTube and Facebook as they are written. Some are rough and some are more polished. None of us expects to write 52 songs we adore, but we have pledged to show up for the practice and so far it has been a great adventure. Here, you can find a collection of my efforts for the year, updated weekly. 

My videos are uploaded to the channel every SUNDAY.
